Keine Datenerhebung

Es gibt kein Benutzerkonto, keine Anmeldung, keine Synchronisierung, keine Analyse- oder Absturzberichte und keine Werbe- oder Tracking-Bibliotheken. Wir erfahren nicht, dass Sie die App benutzen, und erst recht nicht, woran Sie arbeiten.

Die App enthält keinen Code, der Daten an uns oder an Dritte sendet. Die einzige Verbindung nach aussen ist der Kauf, und den wickelt ein Dienst des Systems ausserhalb der App ab.

Ihre Fotos

Aufgenommene und importierte Bilder werden in den Speicherbereich der App auf Ihrem iPhone geschrieben. Sie verlassen ihn nur, wenn Sie ein Video oder einen Bericht ausdrücklich sichern oder teilen.

Die App verlangt keinen Lesezugriff auf Ihre Fotomediathek. Bestehende Bilder holen Sie über die Auswahl des Systems herein: Sie entscheiden dort, welches Bild die App zu sehen bekommt, alle übrigen bleiben ihr verborgen. Auf die Mediathek schreiben darf sie erst, wenn Sie ein fertiges Video dorthin sichern.

Ein importiertes Bild wird unverändert abgelegt, mit allem, was in seinen EXIF-Daten steht. Enthält es einen Aufnahmeort, bleibt der in der Datei — die App liest ihn nicht aus, wertet ihn nicht aus und zeigt ihn nirgends an. Aus den EXIF-Daten verwendet sie nur Aufnahmezeitpunkt, Brennweite und Belichtungswerte, damit das zweite Foto zum ersten passt.

Mit der App werden alle ihre Daten vom Gerät entfernt. Löschen Sie ein Projekt, gehen seine Bilder und Videos mit.

Kamera und Bewegungssensor

Die Kamera läuft nur, solange ein Sucher offen ist. Gespeichert wird ein Bild erst, wenn Sie auslösen. Die laufende Deckungsanzeige rechnet auf stark verkleinerten Sucherbildern, die sofort verworfen werden; sie werden weder gespeichert noch übertragen.

Vom Bewegungssensor merkt sich die App zum Foto zwei Winkel: wie stark das Gerät nach vorn und zur Seite geneigt war. Daraus entsteht später die Libelle, die Ihnen hilft, dieselbe Haltung wieder zu finden. Ein Bewegungsprofil entsteht daraus nicht, und die Winkel verlassen das Gerät nicht.

Was auf Ihrem iPhone gespeichert wird

• Projekte mit Name und Anlagedatum
• Der Kunde, also der Name und die Adresse, die Sie selbst eintippen
• Die Bildpaare samt Aufnahmedatum, Objektiv und Neigung
• Die berechnete oder von Hand gesetzte Ausrichtung
• Erzeugte Videos und Berichte, bis Sie sie neu erzeugen oder löschen
• Ein Firmenlogo, wenn Sie eines hinzufügen, und die Beschriftung
• Einstellungen wie Videoformat und Helligkeitsausgleich

Alles davon liegt im Speicherbereich der App auf dem Gerät. Es wird nicht in eine Cloud geschrieben, nicht auf andere Geräte übertragen und uns nicht zugänglich gemacht. Eine Sicherung Ihres iPhones nimmt diese Daten mit; dafür gelten die Bedingungen der von Ihnen gewählten Sicherung.

Der Kunde ist ein Name und eine Adresse, mehr nicht. Beides tippen Sie selbst ein, es steht im Kopf des Berichts, und es wird nirgendwo abgeglichen.

Was Sie selbst weitergeben

Ein Video in die Fotos-App zu sichern, einen Bericht zu drucken oder beides über das Teilen-Blatt weiterzugeben, ist Ihre Entscheidung und Ihr Vorgang. Ab dort gelten die Bedingungen des Ziels, das Sie wählen — der Fotomediathek, des Mailprogramms, des sozialen Netzwerks.

Denken Sie daran, was auf den Bildern zu sehen ist. Eine Hausnummer, ein Firmenschild oder ein Nummernschild im Hintergrund sagt mehr über Ihren Kunden, als Ihnen beim Fotografieren bewusst war.

Der Kauf

Die App ist gratis und schreibt in der Gratisfassung ein Wasserzeichen in Video und Bericht. Ein einmaliger Kauf entfernt es. Die Zahlung wickelt Apple ab, nicht die App — Werkschau sieht weder Ihren Namen noch Ihre Zahlungsdaten und erfährt vom System nur, ob der Kauf vorliegt. Es gibt kein Abonnement. Für die Zahlung gilt die Datenschutzerklärung von Apple.

Bei einer Anfrage per E-Mail verarbeiten wir Ihre Adresse und den Inhalt Ihrer Nachricht, um zu antworten. Bitte schicken Sie keine Kundenfotos mit — für eine Fehlersuche genügt in aller Regel eine Beschreibung.

Da wir keine personenbezogenen Daten erheben, gibt es zu Werkschau nichts, worüber wir Auskunft erteilen oder was wir löschen könnten. Zu einer E-Mail an uns können Sie jederzeit Auskunft, Berichtigung oder Löschung verlangen.

No data collection

There is no account, no sign-in, no synchronisation, no analytics or crash reporting, and no advertising or tracking libraries. We do not learn that you use the app, let alone what you are working on.

The app contains no code that sends data to us or to third parties. The only outbound connection is the purchase, handled by a system service outside the app.

Your photos

Captured and imported images are written into the app's own storage area on your iPhone. They leave it only when you explicitly save or share a video or a report.

The app does not request read access to your photo library. You bring existing images in through the system picker: there you decide which image the app gets to see, and the rest stay hidden from it. It may write to the library only when you save a finished video there.

An imported image is stored unchanged, with everything its EXIF data contains. If it carries a capture location, that stays inside the file — the app does not read it, does not evaluate it and never displays it. From the EXIF data it uses only the capture time, the focal length and the exposure values, so the second photo can match the first.

Deleting the app removes all of its data from the device. Deleting a project takes its images and videos with it.

Camera and motion sensor

The camera runs only while a viewfinder is open. An image is stored only when you press the shutter. The live coverage hint works on heavily downscaled viewfinder frames that are discarded immediately; they are neither stored nor transmitted.

From the motion sensor the app remembers two angles per photo: how far the device was tilted forward and sideways. That is what later drives the spirit level which helps you find the same pose again. No movement profile results from it, and the angles never leave the device.

What is stored on your iPhone

• Projects with their name and creation date
• The customer, that is the name and address you type in yourself
• The image pairs including capture date, lens and tilt
• The computed or hand-set alignment
• Generated videos and reports, until you regenerate or delete them
• A company logo if you add one, and the captions
• Settings such as video format and brightness matching

All of it lives in the app's storage area on the device. It is not written to any cloud, not transferred to other devices and not made available to us. A backup of your iPhone will include this data; the terms of the backup you chose apply to it.

The customer is a name and an address, nothing more. You type both in yourself, they appear in the report header, and they are matched against nothing.

What you pass on yourself

Saving a video to the Photos app, printing a report or passing either on through the share sheet is your decision and your action. From there the terms of the destination you chose apply — the photo library, the mail program, the social network.

Keep in mind what is visible in the images. A house number, a company sign or a licence plate in the background says more about your customer than you realised while taking the photo.

The purchase

The app is free and, in its free form, writes a watermark into the video and the report. A single purchase removes it. Apple handles the payment, not the app — Werkschau sees neither your name nor your payment details and only learns from the system whether the purchase exists. There is no subscription. Apple's privacy policy applies to the payment.

When you contact us by email we process your address and the content of your message in order to reply. Please do not attach customer photos — a description is normally enough to investigate an issue.

Your rights

As we collect no personal data, there is nothing about Werkschau we could disclose or delete. Regarding an email you sent us, you may at any time request access, correction or deletion.
