Kein Konto, kein Server

Stundennachweis funktioniert ohne Benutzerkonto und ohne Anmeldung bei uns. Wir betreiben keinen Server, auf dem Ihre Daten liegen, und wir haben keinen Zugriff auf das, was Sie erfassen. Es gibt keine Analyse- oder Absturzberichte und keine Werbe- oder Tracking-Bibliotheken.

Was auf Ihrem Mac gespeichert wird

• Einträge und Stammdaten: Zeiten, Notizen, Auftraggeber, Projekte, Module, Arbeitsarten und Sätze liegen in einer Datenbank im App-Container.
• Einstellungen: Sprache, Datumsformat, Währung, Briefkopf, Tastenkürzel, Idle-Schwelle und der Beginn der Testphase.
• Logo: Wählen Sie ein Logo für den PDF-Nachweis, merkt sich die App nur einen Verweis auf die Datei. Sie wird beim Export gelesen, nicht kopiert.

Beim Löschen der App werden die lokalen Daten mit entfernt.

iCloud

Sind Sie auf dem Mac mit iCloud angemeldet, synchronisiert die App Einträge, Stammdaten und die geteilten Einstellungen über Ihre private iCloud-Datenbank (CloudKit) auf Ihre anderen Geräte. Diese Datenbank gehört zu Ihrer Apple-ID. Apple speichert die Daten nach den Bedingungen von iCloud; wir können sie weder einsehen noch abfragen.

Ohne iCloud-Anmeldung arbeitet die App vollständig lokal. Sie können die Synchronisierung jederzeit unterbinden, indem Sie in den Systemeinstellungen unter iCloud die Nutzung für Stundennachweis abschalten oder sich abmelden.

Testphase und Kauf

Die 14-tägige Testphase beginnt mit dem ersten Start. Der Zeitpunkt wird lokal und in Ihrem iCloud-Schlüssel-Wert-Speicher abgelegt, damit die Testphase auf all Ihren Geräten dieselbe ist. Er enthält keine personenbezogenen Angaben.

Die Freischaltung der Vollversion läuft ausschliesslich über den In-App-Kauf des App Store. Zahlung und Kaufnachweis verwaltet Apple. Wir erhalten dabei keine Angaben zu Ihrer Person, weder Name noch E-Mail-Adresse noch Zahlungsdaten.

Exporte

PDF-, Excel-, CSV- und JSON-Dateien werden nur dort abgelegt, wo Sie sie im Speichern-Dialog ablegen. Die App überträgt keine Exporte an Dritte. Was Sie mit den Dateien weiter tun, liegt bei Ihnen.

Systemfunktionen

Für die Idle-Erkennung fragt die App das System nach der Zeit seit der letzten Eingabe. Tastendrücke oder Mausbewegungen selbst werden nicht aufgezeichnet. Der Autostart nutzt die Login-Objekte von macOS. Der globale Hotkey reagiert ausschliesslich auf die eine Tastenkombination, die Sie festgelegt haben.

No account, no server

Stundennachweis works without a user account and without signing in with us. We run no server holding your data, and we have no access to what you record. There is no analytics or crash reporting and no advertising or tracking libraries.

What is stored on your Mac

• Entries and master data: times, notes, clients, projects, modules, work types and rates live in a database inside the app container.
• Settings: language, date format, currency, letterhead, keyboard shortcut, idle threshold and the start of the trial period.
• Logo: If you choose a logo for the PDF timesheet, the app keeps only a reference to the file. It is read on export, not copied.

Deleting the app removes the local data with it.

iCloud

If you are signed in to iCloud on your Mac, the app syncs entries, master data and shared settings through your private iCloud database (CloudKit) to your other devices. This database belongs to your Apple ID. Apple stores the data under the iCloud terms; we can neither view nor query it.

Without an iCloud sign-in the app works entirely locally. You can stop syncing at any time by disabling Stundennachweis under iCloud in System Settings or by signing out.

Trial and purchase

The 14-day trial starts with the first launch. The start date is stored locally and in your iCloud key-value store so that the trial is the same on all your devices. It contains no personal information.

Unlocking the full version happens exclusively through the App Store in-app purchase. Payment and proof of purchase are handled by Apple. We receive no personal details in the process — no name, no email address, no payment data.

Exports

PDF, Excel, CSV and JSON files are written only where you place them in the save dialog. The app does not transmit exports to anyone. What you do with the files afterwards is up to you.

System features

For idle detection the app asks the system for the time since the last input. Keystrokes or mouse movements themselves are not recorded. Launch at login uses the macOS login items. The global hotkey responds solely to the one key combination you configured.
