Datenschutz.
Slingdesk erhebt keine Daten und überträgt keine Daten. Punktestand und Fensterpositionen bleiben auf Ihrem Mac.

Stand: 17. September 2026
Kein Netzwerkzugriff
Was Slingdesk bewusst nicht speichert
Keine Namen, keine Kontakte, keine Dateien, keine Tastatureingaben, keine Bildschirminhalte.

Kontakt
matt@matt-b.chEnglish version.
Slingdesk collects no data and transmits no data. Score and window positions stay on your Mac.
No network access
The app ships without the entitlement for outgoing network connections. It cannot technically open a connection to the internet — neither to us nor to third parties. There is no account, no sign-in, no synchronisation, no analytics or crash reporting, and no advertising or tracking libraries.
This is verifiable on the shipped binary: running «codesign -d --entitlements - /Applications/Slingdesk.app» lists the granted entitlements. A network entitlement is not among them.
What is stored on your Mac
- Score and best score
- Whether the sling and target sit on the desk, which target type, and whether the target jumps after a hit
- Sling and target positions
- Whether the app should open at login
All of it lives in preferences inside the app container and is removed with the app. None of it is transmitted, analysed or given to third parties.
What Slingdesk deliberately does not store
No names, no contacts, no files, no keystrokes, no screen contents. The app only sees where you drag the windows and whether a shot scores.
Deletion
Reset the score from inside the app. Uninstalling the app removes the container at «~/Library/Containers/com.tightblocks.fwip/» and with it the entire score.
The purchase
Slingdesk is a one-time purchase through the Mac App Store. Apple handles the payment, not the app — Slingdesk sees neither your name nor your payment details. There is no subscription. Apple’s privacy policy applies to the payment.
